Right of withdrawal for consumers

(A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their independent professional activity.)

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day

on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, provided that a single delivery is involved;
on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, in the case of partial deliveries.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (FZ Verkaufswerk UG, Maistr. 21, 85405 Nandlstadt, phone: +49 8756 9690238, email: kundendienst@wandtattoowelt.de) of your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (e.g. by letter or email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not obligatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the deadline expires.

Consequences of the revocation

If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs incurred due to a different shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation of this contract. Reimbursement will be made using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.

We reserve the right to refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever comes first.

You are obligated to return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days after sending your notice of cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the end of this period of 14 days.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this is due to handling that was not necessary for testing their condition, properties and functionality.

Grounds for exclusion or termination

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts that are:

for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for whose manufacture an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive, or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer;
for the supply of perishable goods or goods with a short expiration date;
for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon at the time of conclusion of the contract, but which will be delivered no earlier than 30 days later and are dependent on market prices;
for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or illustrated magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts:

for the supply of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of hygiene or health if the seal has been removed;
for the supply of goods which, after delivery, have become inseparably mixed with other goods;
for the supply of audio/video recordings or software in sealed packaging if this has been opened after delivery.
